Hello, I'm Gina Pulice, founder of Side-by-Side Solutions. With a rich background in HR and marketing, I've had the privilege of working closely with GA business owners. While assisting them, I realized their needs extended far beyond the support of one company.

In these conversations, a common dilemma emerged — business owners faced a choice between hiring a multitude of specialists, each demanding a separate salary, or engaging with multiple consultants for various aspects of their business. Neither option was ideal.

This realization fueled the creation of Side-by-Side Solutions, a one-stop-shop designed to improve traditional consulting. We don't just provide advice; we are doers.
